Compositing Wizard
'Sup, cloud chasers?
We are looking to expand our adventure party with a compositing wizard, 10th+ level, trained in the arcane school of Adobe (After Effects, Premier, Photoshop, Animate).
You will have to support our art directors in creating various shots across the wide board of projects we are working on. After effects proficiency is a must. Summoning assets in software like Photoshop and Animate is a great combat advantage that we'd like to have on our play board.
Your role.
Compositing
When our illustrators and animators are done with all the elements of the scene, it's time for you to step in and bring all of it together into an epic shot.
You need to have a thorough understanding of the processes involved. In-depth relationship with After Effects is essential as more often than not, the compositor have to fill in blanks in the animation, create assets, rig or tweak graphics on the go.
You should be familiar with wide range of AE plugins. To be able to rig a character in Duik and even write simple expression to automate animation labour in your compositions.
Assets prep
You will be responsible for bringing together various assets from multiple software together. Split, prepare, collapse optimize and convert different type of graphics. We use anything from vector Animate illustrations to 3D objects created in Blender. You should know your way around those.
Shots grooming
We design beautiful shots but it will be your task to bring them up to greatness. You artistic skills will help us make high-end animation that will awe friends and foes.
Technical Animation
You will utilize your technical knowledge to help us automate, optimize and ultimately, create great animation that's otherwise impossible to achieve.

Troubleshooting
Let's be honest, it's Adobe After Effects. Eventually things go south (technically) and your knowledge will come in handy to get the beast up and running again.

Here at Chase a cloud, people are free to work from wherever they feel like working as long as epic work is being done. That said, we would expect you to spend more time in the office because there is a lot to be learned about the business and it's very much about interacting with everyone else spontaneously in order to create great shots.

That's why, our office, doesn't feel like office.. it's more like a nice place, where you would hang out in your chill time. Actually it's not just an office, it's an entire building full of creative companies... it's our own creative, under-the-radar hub in the heart of Sofia (Han Omurtag 54).
Beers, soda, playstation, cinema room, chill yard, BBQ and large amounts of cool collectibles, this is the play-room we always wanted as kids, so we went ahead and build it.
